Life can be so unpredictable. In an instant, everything can change and sometimes that involves only having three weeks to pack up your stuff, sell your house, and move to another state for a new job. When this happens, it’s easy to get stressed out. Your house isn’t buyer ready, and it can take months, even years, for a house to sell. That’s where I come in.
Chris and Dustin needed to sell their house fast. They were moving to Texas for work and only had three weeks to do so. Why they called me instead of a realtor? They knew I would be able to buy their house in a quicker and smoother process. They didn’t have the time to let the house sit on the market and wait for potential buyers or do the repairs needed on their own.
They still owed a large sum of money on the house, and on top of that, the house needed some work and repairs to get buyer ready. With only a few weeks to pack up all their things, say goodbye to their friends, and everything else they needed to put in order to plan for the move, fixing up their house was the last thing on their list.
